We have hired two cars through your company both times I paid for the full coverage insurance to you_ both times the rental company told me that they don_t accept the coverage I paid you for and I had to purchase insurance from them_ so I have paid twice for the insurance_ now I want a refund from you for the coverage I paid you_ you must know that it won_t be accepted_ as far as I can see this is criminal to charge for something that you must know can_t be used. The service was very good. My car was upgraded from a Toyota Yaris automatic to a VW Golf manual_ which I appreciated. When I returned the car_ there was a long queue at the counter as a flight had just arrived at Cork Airport_ however the customer service rep explained I could drop my key straight into a box next time around.

The shuttle bus service was great. Customer service friendly and helpful at the airport and the car rental pick up and return.

I was given the car with three quarter tank filled tank. I was expecting it to be a full tank. I returned with full tank but was not reimbursed.
