transaction was very timely and flawless. couldn_t be better!
A lot of time was lost as the GPS was intially set to give directions in German and this required me to return to the supplier twice to have th GPS problems attended to. Also since cars and their instrumentation panels are so different_ it would have been appreciated if the staff had given a more throrough briefing while handing over the car. The Car User handbook was in German and hence was not of much help. It would help if manual in English are also provided.
opening hours not flexible enough on return_ instructions as to finding the car and returning it not clear enough
