No one there to return the keys to had to ask at the next desk what we had to do with they keys_ we posted them in the letter box but it would have been helpful if we had been told that if there was no one at the desk we should post the keys in the post box_ saying that the overall service was excellent and the next time we visit we will definately hire a car from yourselves_ thankyou

It was an electric car and we had lots of problems charging the car on the first occasion. We had to try 4 charging points before we got one that worked_ wasting lots of our holiday time. For this reason_ I would not hire an electric car again.

Tank was half full at start. When returned was 75% full so almost provided They sent documents to wrong email address even though told address was in complete

No complaints. Very easy process on pick up and drop off. I accidentally booked for the wrong dates and process to alter this was very simple thanks to the person who took the call.
