Can they not provide trolleys for baggage in the return area. This is an ongoing problem every time we rent cars. It has been the case for years. Can someone please address the issue with the airport management company.

El servicio adicional (Toll Tag) contratado y pagado no fue prestado por la agencia de alquiler según se esperaba. Se suponía que al pagarlo ellos nos lo entregarían y no fue asi.

I would recommend that you add a pin on the Tom Tom for the return location as well as on Google maps. Adding a pin is very easy to do especially as the return point is very poorly indicated and signed - especially at night/ early morning. This is very stressful for tourists who need to catch a flight
