Was offered some extra insurance at the desk and I am not sure I needed it but bought to be on the safe side. Not sure if I should have been offered it as cannot recall that I did this last year.
Service much faster then last year but mainly because I had learned that I needed to get out of the arrivals hall very quickly to be first in queue for the car! This I did.
the suzuki alto we had was better quality than other small cars like matiz in this group
The only hiccup was that at the airport on arrival_ the minibus to take us to the car rental depot was on the upper level and we were waiting on the lower level. There was no distinction on the instructions. However_ I phoned the rental company and as advised immediately what to do. All in all an excellent service and I have used ecomomy car rentals again since and would recommend your company quite gladly. Thank you.
