All members of staff I spoke with both on collection and returning the car were extremely polite_ professional and helpful. On my next trip to Ireland I will definitely be contacting them to hire again.

the only disappointing thing was that i booked a sat nav and then found that the car already had one_ so was a waste of money. Due to following someone for the ongoing journey and already had them waiting for a while i did not check there was a working sat nav in the car until i arrived at my destination. On returning the vehicle i was told that if i mentioned itwhen booking my next rental they may be able to offer a discount_ i am unsure if this will be honoured and when i will next hire a car!

It_s not super apparent what the drop off instructions are but given Knock is a small airport_ it was fine. Had problems getting through the airport barriers though_ although it got sorted so all fine. Would be great if there are discounts for returning customers. Is this possible? I plan to hire cars more frequently in the future from either Knock or Shannon airports. Thanks!

I caused damage to two alloy rims. The damage was clearly shown and explained_ and I am responsible. However_ the charge is excessive_ and I am questioning it. I am being charged 75% of the cost for 4 new rims…and only two are damaged.

Interior light wasn_t working_ car was clean but front tray area quite dirty and some rubbish under seats_ other than that was a nice car

Only downfall is the cost of the cars to hire as a frequent visitor to Ireland once a month or more the prices have risen dramatically and I will now be looking to buy a car as it will work out cheaper
