great service very freindly staff
We had a wonderful experience with our car. It was economical and drove very well!
The only criticism is that we told the lady who dispatched the car where we were travelling. She would have known we would be using the Autostrada but made no attempt to explain the toll system. Just a leaflet in the language you use would suffice. We found out by stopping at a petrol station and reading a brochure which could have been given at car dispatch. This would have alleviated a lot of stress
