when returning the car i had scratched a wheel trim. it wasn_t clear from the info which you sent that the insurance did not cover this. all i remember from your documentation is that you advised us not to make payments to the dealer as we would not beable to claim the money back. i would not pay the dealer but have since been billed. At the destination no one made this clear _ they just said that we didn_t have any insurance. we thought that we were being ripped off. it would help if you made the exceptions to the insurance more visable. Also it would be helpfull if the car dealer at the destination had more information. i was very disapointed_ if it was clear from the beginning i would have just paid the charge to the dealer at the location. Also because we thought that we were being ripped off_ it put a bad endingto our holiday. it was only through phoning you customer services that this has been made clear to us kind regards_ Claire Howard
