קיבלנו רכב חדש לגמרי. היה תענוג לנהוג בו בכל רחבי מונטנגרו. החזרת הרכב הייתה לפני שעת הפתיחה של הסניף_ הנציג הדריך אותנו איפה להשאיר את הרכב. הוספנו תשלום של 250 יורו עבור כיסוי ביטוחי מלא_ למרות שחשבנו שהמחיר כבר כלל את זה. הנציג הסביר לנו שהאפשרות שבחרנו הייתה כיסוי ביטוחי בכפוף לפיקדון בכרטיס האשראי. העדפנו להוסיף ולהיות מכוסים לגמרי.
