Aside from a slight smell_ which was fairly negligible_ the entire experience with the rental car and customer service was excellent. The vehicle met our needs_ and the staff were friendly_ professional_ and easy to deal with throughout the process. Definitely worth recommending.

The only factor that is not 5 star is the repayment of the $3_000 bond. It is over 48 hours since the car was returned and I’m still waiting for the reversal on my credit card.
