The Company is not at thé airport. Bit somebody picked us up with a name sign. The manager at thé office sprake English perfect!

My only issue has been that I have been charged for the rental twice and now have to chase a refund. They seem to have debited my card on the day of pickup and again on the day i returned the car to the office so I am owed 1391 baht

During pick you have yo fill up additional paper with restriction_ etc_ guess it should be done during reservation_ after 12 hrs flight it is not so much cool idea.

The rent was very easy and the staff very friendly. My only concern is regarding the handling of the deposit. I‘ve been told its a pre-autorisation but the amount was directly posted to my account. In the end I‘ll get less money since the charge rate has changed over the time. It was definitely no pre-authorization.

Another successful rental via Discover Car Rental in Bangkok. Very efficient_ helpful staff_ low mileage vehicle on great condition and great drop off system. All so easy! Already have more booking planned for this year. Can’t fault Discover Car Rental. They are great!
