I had 2 rental periods:1. New Orleans-Fort Lauderdale (receipt 643972)_ and 2. Fort Lauderdale-Miami (receipt 692902). Both cars were satisfying. Remark: for rental period nr. 2 I had excepted your _special offer_: an intermediate carsize at a special price of $122_80. However_ the intermediate carsize was not printed on the carvoucher (but _compact_)_ so the supplier did not want to give me an intermediate car and charged me for an upgrade of $119_96. Have you a comment on this issue?
I did an amend to a booking car (upgrade) and did not mange to print the new voucher_ and they did not found the amend in the system using the old one_ so I had to stick with a lower grade car.
Great service_ great prices... I will definitely use it again and recomend it.
