The car that I requested was not there so they up graded me at no charge to a Mercedes C260 it got great gas mileage 38 MPG a sweet ride with all the bells on. Very very satisfied.
A few weeks ago I tried booking a car for October 2014. Almost all searches came back with a price before taxes and there was no mention of the amount of the taxes. This is not a helpful policy as taxes can be as high as 33% of the car rental cost. Please revert to your policy of revealing all costs (no hidden costs at the rental desk!)
It was a bit of surprise that the price was different from the one put on the voucher.
