The reason i marked you low for question 5 was when we collected the vehicle it had a strange odor i think it was from either cleaning the upholstery or carpets it took a week before the smell left the car and on more than 1 occasion i wanted to exchange it because of our tight schedule this was not possible.

When I picked up the car_ the staff member at the supplier company seemed a bit confused about the payment arrangements and what was included. Possibly EconomyCarRentals needs to provide an information sheet for the staff of partner companies.

All went as planned - bit scheptical as first time user of ECRs but due to my experience I would happily use again or recommend if prices remain good.

WOULD HAVE LIKED TO KNOW BEFORE HAND THAT THERE WAS A $50 EXTRA CHARGE FOR PICKING THE CAR UP ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY
