only issue was your website said all insurances were included however when i picked up car - car hire company said if i wanted insurance coverage i would have to pay their daily rate. so not sure what insurances were included from the website booking.

I would like to rent a car through Economy Rentals again_ however before I do_ I would have to clarify why I have been charged two fees both on 3 June for the amounts of $2.78 and $13.50_ with no advice as what the fees were for. This makes the total cost of hire a little excessive and I would have been better going through a different agent.

Price is right. Overall a good experience. Upon return there was nobody in the car park to manage the return and had to go up to the desk. But that was no real inconvenience.

It was understood from your website that insurance was included (nothing more to pay) but this was not the case when getting the car from the rental company.
