the only shortcoming was the delay between placing an order and recieving confirmation. When next I use your service(and I will) I will remember to allow for this.

The map/directory supplied was only good for the Coolangatta - Brisbane areas. Further north to Port Douglas was not covered_ so a northern Queensland map/directory would have been helpful. Otherwise_ we could not fault the car or the service _ would use you again without hestitation.

Understood the car was to be a Hyundai i20 got a rough Getz_ returned and another Getz was provided_ engine did not return to idle quickly_ therefore hard to perform smooth gearchanges.
