Great! I_m glad i have found Economy Car Rentals_ will use again!

Herzt contacted us a few days after returning the car_ due to miscommunication in their part. The return of the rental car had not been properly reported within Herzt system and we got a call from India(!) asking us to return the car (which we had done in due time). Also_ the car rental office in perth closes at noon on saturdays_ which was the earliest time when we were supposed to collect the car. We were denied service first but then let in when another customer appeared to return her rental car. No mention of limited working hours in the voucher.

Your website stated _NO EXCESS_. At pickup charge of $330 _ accidental damage would be $3300. Information _ photocopies were taken to followup this matter. No feedback has been received. Very disappointing!We chose your product because of no excess.
