the _only_ but very negative experience: there was a extra fee of 50€ (ca 15% of rental cost)_ due to that car was collected after 11pm which was not mentioned before hand (we collected the car 11.05pm)

I planned to return my car to Brussels Midi Station; it took me 15 minutes to find out where it could be delivered...knowone knew... for the rest..excellent.
