Good car_ but pick-up too slow. Supplier had to search for a car and then fill with gas_ even though it was previously booked.

I had booked a compact car but the power outlet for my GPS would not work so they upgraded me to a full size straight away.

We were very pleased to get an upgrade for the whole period from the supplier at no extra cost .

when we tried to add an additional driver_ for the last 10 days we could not do this online_so we had to go to the Calgary office - with other rentals it is poosible to do this online.
