I ordered a BMW 3-series or an Audi A3 (somehow sporty cars)_ but I got a Citroeng C5. Faults on the car was not described_ and it was only by close searching I found the faults. It could easily led to a situation where I would have to pay for others faults.

My only complaint is that I was charged the VAT tax on the rental when it seemed that your information indicated that all taxes were included.Such information should be clear to the renter when he books with you.Thank you_ Don Allard

Signage to hire cars at Toulouse airport very poor - no fault of the car hire company.

The type of car was not avialable_ but we got a (not wanted) upgrade instead. Nice car anyway.

Only worry was arriving at our destination and realising there was no spare tyre/wheel in the vehicle

Toulouse Airport signage for car rental desks is not very clear when arriving from the newly opened section of the airport. NOT your fault_ but something that you may wish to take up with the Authority at the airport.
Absolutely no question about using you the next time I need a rental car!! Many thanks again.
