I am happy with ECR

You always send out the Evaluatuion form 1 day too early. People have not yet deliverd the car. Please change the logic in your systems

everything was excellent_ accept Electronic Lighter (no 12V power_ cannot charge mobile phones/GPS navigator). It does not work_ so we come back after one day and change the car easily.
