It would be good to have complete damage waiver insurance directly from the parent rental company

Car wash service in Munich airport was closed_ so all cars in all rent companies were a bit dirty.

Partner at airport not aware we were dropping car at city office. Not informed that office would be closed at return time

Firstly was given a car which didn_t start... than another car. First car was better..

Have not find nobody when returning the car_ but it was 5 am and it_s normal practice_ we just put the key to the box. but better to inform about it next time. All other and support from economycarreantas was good!

The car was not ready when coming to pick it up. Had to substitute to another smaller car :(

1. It was unclear that we can just leave the keys in the car and nobody to ask at 4am. It would be helpful to have this information in (a) printed materials_ (b) at the front desk_ (c) in the car return area. 2. It_s already 5(!) days after we returned the car but the deposit is still in hold.

The car fit the description but HP was much not enough. It was the slowest car I ever had.
