The car needed alignment

tooks to much time for the _papers_. Two of the thre wipers have been totaly distroyed!!!

we returned the car at nigth without meeting anyone fron the car rental_ prior to that we got a map of the airport and very clear explanation of where to park the car and how to get there. thank you!

Due to a delay (air traffic controllers on strike) we arrived late. Therefore the rental agent was not present at our arrival. In addition our reservation had not been forwarded to the agent. When we finally found the agent he was very (!) helpful and gave us an upgrade - so in the end everything was fine and we are very satisfied with this transaction. Compliments and many thanks to the agent for his fast_ uncomplicated and friendly help!
