there was no one to return the car and i was told to leave the key under the floor mat!

Having in mind that I rent the car by phone_ I would like to say that the representative must try to give the impression that he is not trying to fool you and take some more time with the first time clients to explain them who the system works. Finally I have to admit that even I was very unsure of what deal I made_I was very satisfied at the end. Thank you

when we got the car_ the supplier told us that according to them we don_t have full insurance. _i don_t know what you_ve agreed with _economy car rentals_ but...._. at that moment we lost our confidence in the deal we have made and knew that in case of troubles we will have problems. thanks any way.

local rental supplier blocked my credit card with € 900_00_ because I didn_t want to buy an insurance for € 210_00...

only complaints: water of windshield was missing and the remote control was not functioning

Ac was very weak. Why returning the car empty furl? Why nit the opposite? I returned the car half full and did not get refund.

Very friendly welcome once more.The gentleman went through the process quickly and we were soon on our way.The car was a little under powered and we had to use a low gear to get up hillsThe car was also scratched a little_and we were concerned because we went to the car by ourselves _so this was not checked.On the positive it was the car we asked for and the luggage did fit in.Will use you again when we return to Crete.
