Completely trouble free

2 Problems: 1) No detailed bill_ neither online nor at rental. The only time i saw the detailed price was when i booked it. 2) No acceptance of credit cards at car pick up - this was not communicated in advance.

Duw to being busy the car was delivered one hour late_ however we were informed of this an an apology was given

when i bought the car back _ at the pre agreed time _ the man did not show up so left the key under the mat. it was a shame but the car was good and he was polite and helpful when I met him.
