16-12-2011 Unfortunate problem. We like to do business with you all the time_ but my flight was delayed in Rome_ so I arrived 20 minutes late to pick up the car. your office was closed and could not pick up the car. Took a taxis instead. Not your fault at all_ it is only my luck. I would grade you excellent all the way_ but this trip I have no opinion.

I got all papers when getting the car_ but the lady took them all when returning the car.
So in fact I have no paper on which all the damage was noted.
