The car pick up was fixed at the station but there wasn_t any office. The car has been brought there by the company staff_ that should be stated during booking.

1. Asked to be able to take car into a neighbouring country_ had confirmation from ECR that this was okay_ but rental Co. seemed unaware of the request initally.
2. SATNAV provided was a waste of money - only covered the local area and had no maps for the countries requested.

Really I have no complaints at all_ infact I was the best service and vehicle I have recieved in hundreds of times renting cars all around the world over many_ many years.

the rep was 1/2 an hour late on arrival but that was only a small thing the rest went very well
