The car pick up was fixed at the station but there wasn_t any office. The car has been brought there by the company staff_ that should be stated during booking.

1. Asked to be able to take car into a neighbouring country_ had confirmation from ECR that this was okay_ but rental Co. seemed unaware of the request initally. 2. SATNAV provided was a waste of money - only covered the local area and had no maps for the countries requested.

the rep was 1/2 an hour late on arrival but that was only a small thing the rest went very well

mr.wojtek was very helpful_brought the car for me from the parking lot_gave me direction _on how to exit from airport.friendly and polite.

1st: They tried to charge 20 Zloty per day for winter tyres. 2nd: By returning the car you have to go to the counter and then someebody will check the car that is in a car park. So it takes about 20 minutes at the counter.

I ordered a B1 car (at least 1.3) and got an A
