Good morning EconomyCarRentals
I made a reservation ( n. 1037885) by your website for Portugual.
I took car in Porto on 3 May 2012 and left it on 10 May 2012 in Lisbon.
The local rent car was Jurdin.
I am very happy with Jurdin. It was very easy to get car in Porto airport.
Tha car was an Opel Corsa brand new_ very clean otuside and inside.
The personell were very gently.
I think that Jurdin car rental is very good.
I will check with you another car in my next journey.

picking up and delivering the car took some waiting time due to more clients and only one staff at the desk

An employee of the car rental supplier was waiting for us when we landed_ then she brought us to the car deposit_ which was not far from the airport. The staff was very kind and helpful and I would recommend it.

Our car rental supplier did not have an office inside the airport_ so it took a minute to us to figure out that a staff member was waiting for us in the hall. The rental service and the car were overall very good.

don´t like the empty return on a longer period: it is just a stupid price increase! How to return a car without pertrol?

Returning a car takes way too long! First with the guy checking it_ then had to go insode and a lady took her time too. People need to catch planes and are in a hurry....
