Despite the excellent service by the car rental_ the discription of the the car itself on economyCarRentals got me confused. I had thoughts that I hired a bigger car but I received a raletively small car.

Once again_ excellent service and excellent prices. I have rented through economy car rentals at various worldwide locations and cannot more highly recommend them to anyone.

The car was described by type and as having 4 doors (i.e. mid-sized sedan). When I went to pick the car up it was a 5 door hatch. I was informed that the engnie size is the same_ and had to complain to get a 4-door mid-sized sedan.

Good car_ good service. Found it strange that we could just leave the car behind without receiving a writing that the car was returned in good condition etc. Only when we asked we received a companystamp and a signature. But again without any writing to go with it about the condition of the car. Hope this won_t give problems because we still need to receive our deposit

I found part of it confusing_ when I filled in the online form it said there were no other costs and I had full insurance. When I received the car I was told I would have to pay 5000 rand if there was any damage. This was not what I expected but the agents sorted it and said economy car rental would reimburse me if was needed. This was not clear online.
