13-04-2012 on arrival we had to phone the agent because he was not at the terminal where we arrived but he was very helpful on the phone and then and we found him quickly. 12-12-2011 can not comment for return since I had an early morning drop off return but this was explained and easy 24-03-2011 It was not clear where we should leave the car when we returned it_ I was not advised at the beginning and on reaching the airport one naturally go to salida and not arrival _ yet we were supposed to go to arrival and T1 ( we leave at T2) and leave it there. I was told to go and move the car from where I left it _ to where they wanted me to leacve it. Instructions should have been clearer 15-05-2010 quality of the car was rated at 4 ilo 5 as window washer did not work (probably no water in bottle) 11-04-2010 Worried by the extra insurance money requests.
Charge for petrol excessive too.
