On arrival at the car hire desk we were informed that there were no 4 x 4_s available _ we had to accept an alternative vehicle with chains.
The car was very comfortable but it was not what we requested. We specifically required a 4x4 because of snow _ mountain conditions.
This compromise affected our holiday plans _ did not give us the flexibility that we required.
The fact that we booked our vehicle well in advance _ had this problem was very disappointing.

1.2 litters is too poor for me. 17-09-2011 i loved the car_ the people were helpful. website didnt show address of return_ trying to return the car was a bit un-organized. some people were waiting 4 hours to drop off keys.. we were lucky to only waste 1/2 hour searching
