The service I received was excellent_ as it was the first time. Even though I booked the car a day late (in error) it caused no delay in getting me a car straight away. I highly recommend your company and would not hesitate in using ur service again. 11-10-2011 There was a problem as I had thought the deal was _No Excess_ but turned out I had to pay extra to waive the excess. That was disappointing. 30-09-2011 There was a slight mix up when collecting the car as the wrong vehicle had been allocated. This was resolved efficiently and a discount of £20 was given as the car we were then given had not been cleaned. The desk was unattended when we dropped the car off at the end of our holiday and I was not happy about having to leave the keys in a desk drawer with a note.
