I have a problem renting cars for a few days and having to pay for gas upfront. I would appreciate being able to purchase gas and retune cars full up.

Upon arrival at Fort lauderdale there were no instructions for taking the shuttle to the rental car pool. Although this service is the same for all car vendors instructions should be a bit more visible. Regarding return_ the rental return address on the ticket was incorrect. This was very challenging since I was not familiar with the new arrangements at the Miami Airport. It took a while to find the correct location_ which nearly made me miss the flight. One suggestion for Improvement is that there should also be some luggage cart facility at the return to take luggage from the Car to the terminal.

The shuttle took a very long time to come and take us to the port. We had to use another way to do it.

The GPS takes you to an empty piece of land_ across the avenue.

The total cost on the voucher was quite less than the stated in the contrat with the supplier. Seems to me that they dont pay much attention on the voucher cost. They were reluctant to state in the contract

The only problem was the lady in FLL who was at the desk. She was quit unfriendly. For the rest was it a verry good service.
