Excellent service by economyrentals and rental agency. Our first car had several manufacturing issues including bad blind spots with mirrors. But an exchange made midway through our jouney was quick and without any issues.

It went fast and no discussions about the insurance_ which I had several times before_ when I rented with Hotwire with the insurance included. So perfect service and fast! Thank you

The car was not fully clean and filled up. The handeling by the attendant at the pick spot in the garage could improve. No walk around the car_ no explanation on the car_ he had a 10 second look at us and then went on with other business.

Since the number of the plate was not written on the rental agreement_ I had lost one day. The car was towed and the policeman did not return the car with my rental agreement on which there was no plate number.

In Boston they tildes the car was not a 4x4 and we must get the bigger more expensive one. In Washington we got the smaller Jeep as ordered and it was full 4x4
