"Pro: - very good price_ including full protection package (so that I did not need a credit card at all) - new car_ very clean_ very good condition - once I got there I was very quick to pick up the car (and less than 1m to return it) Con: - the process of getting from airport to the dealer was confusing and lengthy - their own instructions for getting to the shuttle were not up to date - no one replied to the dedicated WhatsApp number - when I called_ the instructions for pickup were confusing for someone who is first time in that airport; driver refused to send me a location pin in goggle maps Overall_ I would still rent from this dealer again."
