"The car was exactly what we ordered though the gentleman in the arrivalhall told us that we couldn’t get a hybride car_ which we reserved…They called downstairs to two persons_ no hybrid for 15 days. We came downstairs as I agreed to change the car somewhere after a week…But I got the right car anyway..so maybe the knowledge of the cars is something to update…as the people on the phone downstairs were very convinced"
