"You need to make it clear that you are the insurance provider not the rental company on your confirmation and documentation material. Currently it is confusing."

"The company were efficient and easy to deal with. We had opportunity to _check in_ prior to arriving so we had all our details already filed online. This meant the time we had to spend at the office was a LOT Less than it would have been. Return was very simple too. We would definitely use the company again if visiting Auckland."
