The only real issues and it really wasn_t much of one_ was that there was not a staff person there when I returned the car Sunday morning around 9:30. A gentlemen from the neighboring rental agency took care of it_ no big deal."

My flight arrived after the rental car company had closed_ but the lady waited there for me to arrive_ even though she had called me and I did not receive her message. The process of renting the car was the easiest I had ever experienced - from reserving it_ to picking it up to returning it."
