"We rented an EV. I think a quick briefing on cables and charging would have been nice. Recommendations on charging Apps to use in Australia would have been nice too. The guy who signed the car out to us said it was fully charged and we took his word for it. Once we got out onto the road_ we realised it only had 58 percent charge on the batteries."
