"Our rep was very helpful explaining our different options. One note: The description that was provided for the shuttle bus pick-up spot wasn_t entirely accurate (it mentioned the pick-up spot was across from the parking area) but we needed to be outside a door that was at a different spot. She sent us a picture of the door we needed to be at - and that helped us get to shuttle spot. OTherwise_ pick-up and drop-off was a breeze and the car worked out great."
