"The guy at the counter for picking up the car was rude and pushing for unnecessary options so he could charge more. He was threatening that if something happens there is no coverage etc. Very unpleasant.
When we returned the car_ the drop off team was helpful and very friendly. Quite a contrast. This was in Montenegro Podgorica airport."

"Our flight to Tivat airport was late so we couldn_t arrive on time we_ve indicated. Therefore nobody was meeting us at the airport and this complicated our car pickup quite a lot... Otherwise the service was good and the staff was helpful."
