"הבעיה היחידה אך המהותית היא שלמרות שהנציג סגר את העיסקה כבר ב-2/9_ יום החזרת הרכב_ ווידא שאין נזק לרכב_ והראה לנו כי חייב אותנו בסך 58 אירו בלבד עבור יום השכרה אחד - הפיקדון בסך 1300 אירו לא חזר לחשבוננו עדיין . אנחנו אמורים לקבל חזרה 1242 אירו_ ולמרות שההחזר בוצע שלשום_ לדבריו_ זה עדיין לא בחשבון. נבקש לדאוג לכך בדחיפות."
