"I requested an automatic car_ as that is what I drive at home. I was disappointed that the car was manual_ but not disappointed in the car itself. The service provided at the office was very efficient and informed_ including the extra services"

If taking the car without additional insurance_ fee for cleaning the car would be added if the car returned were not clean (not sure how that would be judged). In the end I took with full insurance_ although did not plan that initially."
