"Please be informed_ I did not receive my contract while picking up the car at the airport. Nor I received any email for the same. I travelled for 7 days without any paper. Furthermore I did not receive any document while returning the car nor I received it in the mail. And I have no information when will I receive my security deposit."

"In the voucher I received_ it mentioned that I got road tax covered. When I returned the car_ they asked me to pay for the tolls. It was misleading to have road tax since I thought I wasn’t going to pay anything for the road."

"Pick up office was very hard to find_ especially given that I arrived at 4.00 am. Thankfully someone from the office came to pick me up_ otherwise I wouldn_t had found it. Once I found it everything was easy. Extra tip: would be nice to have the t n c s also in English."
