"The instructions for finding the car hire company at Dubrovnik airport were not clear. Expecting a desk in the airport as per instructions_ but eventually found them 500m down the road after a frustrating hour of searching and being misadvised. For a while they didn’t answer WhatsApp msgs. Updating the instructions would be very helpful. I wasn’t the only one at the time who couldn’t find them"
