"ברכב שהוצע המזגן לא פעל ולכן הוצע רכב אחר שהיה ממוקם במיקום אחר. הרכב שהוצע כנראה לא טופל לפני מסירה. לא היה נקי ומתודלק באופן מלא. הייתה בעיית לחץ אוויר באחד הגלגלים. עם זאת הרכב היה טוב יותר ממה שהזמנתי. לא הייתה בעיה ברכב ונהנינו לנסוע ברכב. השירות שקיבלנו מהעובדים היה מעולה."

"The rent was very easy and the staff very friendly. My only concern is regarding the handling of the deposit. I‘ve been told its a pre-autorisation but the amount was directly posted to my account. In the end I‘ll get less money since the charge rate has changed over the time. It was definitely no pre-authorization."
