"Was a positive experience. However_ I felt the payment/deposit was a bit confusing. I thought I_d organised full insurance when initially booking the car on your website_ but this wasn_t the case when I got to the counter. It felt as if I was paying a lot extra_ and wasn_t sure why a deposit is required when I pay for full insurance. Was a big confusing price wise. Thanks."
