"Generally good service but the return process could be improved. Out of hours return could be done remotely with the drop box for returning key to avoid additional cost. Also_ I was not really impressed with a cleaning charge. I have never heard about it and I have used a lot of rental companies before. The cleaning cost should be included in the rental price."
