"The insurance coverage for the vehicle became a bone of contention at pick up. The promotional material and contract said i was fully covered_ the car rental people asked for a deposit OR that i take insurance coverage with them_ which would have amounted to double coverage. The explanation provided was unsatisfactory and made no sense to me_ I went along and reluctantly made the refundable deposit. If my contract says i am fully covered_ then I should be fully covered - PLEASE SORT OUT!!!"
